At The Eye Collective, we’re always seeking ways to contribute to meaningful advancements in eye health and to make a positive impact in our community. We are thrilled to announce that we have joined forces with Nthalmic, a Sydney-based research and development centre of excellence, to participate in The A.R.R.E.S.T. Study. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of a new intervention designed to slow down the progression of myopia in children.
Our Vision for the Future
Myopia is more than just a vision problem. High levels of myopia, or short-sightedness, can significantly impact a child’s quality of life and lead to serious eye health issues later in life. Read our other blogs to find out more about myopia control. Our involvement in The A.R.R.E.S.T. Study is a significant step toward a future where high levels of myopia are a thing of the past. By focusing on early intervention and innovative treatments, we’re paving the way for a world where children can grow up with healthier eyes and clearer vision.
it’s not just about the science or the potential discoveries; it’s about showing our kids and community that we’re here for them, committed to making a positive impact every step of the way.Stay tuned for updates, stories, and insights as we embark on this adventure. Together, with your support, we’re not just changing how we manage myopia; we’re changing lives.
